Terms and Conditions Delivery Policy Orders for office supplies from our online catalogue placed within our local trading areas are available for next business day delivery, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Delivery is free on orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 are charged a delivery fee. Orders placed outside of the local trading areas may take 10-15 business days and will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight of the order. Dance shoe orders may take from 3 weeks to 3 months delivery depending on the model and size of the shoe. A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us. Service products such group classes or the Montreal Salsa Convention passes will not require delivery. Your name will be added to the list of attendees and you can pick up your pass at the door of the venue for the day in question. Please present your ID to the clerk in charge. Cancellation policy EACH registration change will cost you $25.00, plus the difference in price if there is any. IE: (changing names, changing dates, etc.) Cancellations to the MSC by March 20, 06 will be subject to a $50.00 fee. Cancellations by March 31st, 06 will only be refunded half price for the congress pass. No cancellations or refunds after April 1st, 06. No changes or registration will be accepted after 12:00 noon EST on April 19th, 06.
